Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not as described

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.

What Happens Next 
Once assessed, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund. We’ll guide you through the return process, including where to send the item.

Important Notes

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed
  • NZRC is not responsible for delays or loss during return transit
